Question
back veiw
i had this dieffenbacia since april and it was all bushy and brilleint with color, and now i dont know what happened to it(image). it still produces new leaves from top, but then they turn yellow and start to fall of.
AnswerMohammad:
These symptoms often result from a root related stress. For example, if the soil is too wet or too dry. It should be just moist to the touch with your fingers. Wet soil for extended periods can lead to some serious problems. Take a look at the roots. They should be off- white in color--not black. Also, these plants like indirect sunlight, so check out the amount /quality of light it is getting too (close to a window is usually a pretty good location). Direct sun can burn the leaves.
