I have a corkscrew willow which has black spots on the leaves.  What's the remedy?

If it is a big tree, best to maintain good fertility (based on recent soil test) and ample water.  The spot will not probably have a big impact on health.  It is helpful to rake up/discard fallen leaves before the spring gets here. If the tree is big- could be costly to spray.
