Hi Dr.Stephen,

I had the attached infection in my plants since 3 weeks and it spreading to several plants in my garden, it's showing white cotton like sticky features, spreading on stem, flowering buds and backside of some leaves, I'm in a hot weather country so I'm watering the garden twice daily, what is the effective treatment ?

Can you send along a closeup photo of this substance?  Review it on your computer to be sure it is in focus before sending.  This may be an insect such as mealybug or wooly aphids.  You will need to get a confirmation to select an appropriate treatment such as an insecticide.  Also, what are some plants that have this on them?
