Question
Lilac leaves cupping. Hundreds of leaves. this has never happened before. some small branches all about 8" long close to cupping are dead. Tree is about 15 years old. Never had any problems before. Bloom was good this spring. Took sample to local nursery. they don't know what problem is. Doesn't appear to have any bugs. Used fertilizer and water this spring. Plant seemed Ok earlier.

Hi Richard, There are a few bug types that can cause the leaf to curl.  I would use Atomic Grow that will clean off the leaves and make your plant healthy again, raising the bricks in the plant.  Bricks sweeten the plant as it becomes healthy causing roots and leaves to grow.  You will notice improved blooms and scent.  I use it at my nursery and just love it.  It is totally organic.  When your plant is healthy bugs go elsewhere.  kathy
