Aphids? on Japanese Red Maple

I noticed some holes on some of the leaves, and looking at the undersides of the leaves, I saw a few tiny green things. What can I treat them with? The tree is young and was just planted a month ago. It gets full sun and watered when dry. Thank you.

I use a totally natural spray called Atomic Grow for aphids. You get a two for one with this product. It will clean up your problems and stimulate and rebalance your tree at the same time. And its all natural.
