QuestionMy 3-year-old oleanders have started developing yellow leaves in rather large amounts. I live in the Panhandle of Florida and have not seen any other plants with this problem in the area, including one in my own front yard. The only thing I could find on line was "burnt leaf" which seems to be occurring only in California and Arizona at this time. Could there be another problem here? Salt water doesn't fit as there are tons of these trees thriving right on the beach areas. I am 2 miles from the Gulf. Thanks for yor help.
AnswerHi Rae, I would check to see if they are getting enough water and the second thing is check under the leaves for bugs. Sucking bugs attack oleanders, they are called the oleander moths. I use either Pure Neem Oil spray or a new product called Atomic Grow to keep the leaves on the tree, instead of their stomachs. kathy
