I have 14 camellia bushes planted October 2008. Three plants have a white powder on both sides of leaves and they are not as healthy as the others. Please advise.

Hello I think I can help you.  Your Camelias have either scale, or powdery mildew on them.  In the past this has been a job for Neem Oil but there is a new product on the market that will do wonders for your plants.

Atomic Grow is an all natural foliar spray that will enable you to wash the plant.  This product will lift the unwanted insects or fungus off the leaves and stimulate the plant at the same time.  

This product will also make your plant healthier and put out more blooms.  I would suggest fertilizing the plant soon after you wash it.
