Question
I live in the Tampa bay area and my oleander tree has yellow leaves and is dropping them.  I have fertilized it and sprayed it to no avail.   Do you know what is wrong with it?

Hi Jeanne...Yellow leaves not enough water.  Also make sure that you did not plant it too deep should be able to see soil from plant in the ground.  Also depending on the type of fertilizer if it is not slow release it actually makes the plant want more water.  Should have minimum of three inches per week.
