We are cultivating aloevera and have noticed black spots on the leaves and were wondering what causes this and what is the remedy Our farm is totally organic Also if you could suggest an organic remedy for above mentioned problem and also for controlling weeds Manual labour is working out to be too expensive

Dear Seif..sounds like you better cut back your watering.  Left the top part of the soil dry out before watering again.  At out nursery we pull the weeds out by hand as I have not found a better way yet.  We mulch where we can, layer plants to hide as much of the soil as possible, as weeds grow were the soil is exposed to light.  Tilling, hoeing to keep cutting them back before they seed.   You probably have tried all of these, still better than poison...
