Question
All of my houseplants have been falling victim to a disease. It coats the leaves, and looks like small cotton balls. It is gritty when wiped off. I don't think it is mealy bugs, it does not look like an insect. Fungus of some sort, perhaps? HELP!

Hi Noelle...You should get Neem Oil to spray on your plants.  It is a fungicide and miticide as well keeping all types of pests off your plants.  It absorbs into the leaves and cant wash off for future protection.  It is organic and cant hurt your plants.  Sounds like cotton cushion and this will take care of it.  Check with your local nursery, they should have this product.  Make sure it is 100 per cent pure oil....
