Yes,i notices on my tree that allot of the leafs where folded in half and the leaf
was yellow with some black dots when i opened the leaf their where 2 to 4 black
long bugs about less then 1/8th long and it was full of bug larva what do i do.

Hi James.  The bugs are probably sucking the juice out of the leaves.  I would use 100 percent pure Neem Oil which will absorb into the leaves and protect it from the bugs.  In the mean time get some soapy dish water and rinse the leaves off to get rid of the bugs.  As new leaves appear re-spray the new growth to keep it protected in the future.  You don't say if it is in a pot or ground...If it is in the ground be very aware of the extensive root system that can ruin your water pipes and foundation of buildings or pool.  In that case I would get it out of the ground and put it in a container.
