Question
Hello David, I have a very sick Dracaena.  The leaves turn yellow and then brown, I have pulled these off.  While there is new growth at the top I am afraid that it is sick.  I do have pictures if that helps.

The plant is probably inside the house right?  If so, then it is probably suffering from incorrect environmental conditions.  Make sure the plant is watered enough but not too much, say once per week.  Also maske sure the plant is not sitting near a heater vent or other source of breezes.  Try misting the plant with water.  Most house plants leaves turn yellow and brown because of the dry conditions in the house.  The plant should recover.  Good luck.
