Question
On the underside only of all my holly bush leaves- I tried different sprays,all to no avail. I have cut down three bushes in the front-but in the back yard I have anbother half douzen totally infected. The plant Pathology dept. from NC Univ.( where you directed me-this is a follow up inquiry) does not list the holly bush as a susceptible shrub-but no doubt it is. Any new thoughts? Who is the person to correctly diagnose and treat this- under what title whouly they go? Thanks

Might check with the N.C. Forest Service and ask their Forest Health staff for assistance. The Forest health Specialist in their headquarters office is Don Rogers [email protected]. or you can call the office  (919) 733-2162 in Raleigh. You can ask for Don or ask the staff Forester on duty for help. If you talk to Don tell him I sent you.
