Question
We have 3 italian cypress trees and part of each look like it is dying.  The dying part is in the middle of the tree and all three on the west side. what can I do?  I can send pic. if that will help

If you are talking about the "middle" being the inner leaves (needles) this is not a problem. If the foliage on the outside of the crown is green and growing there is no proble. Normally the tree sheds the inner needles due to shading and/or the normal process of growing.
