Question
Thus far, I have been unable to eradicate bagworms and fall webworms in my pecan trees.  What preventive measures can I take to keep them from going up the trees to begin with?  Timing?  Treatment once they are in the trees?  We live in Central Texas.  The bagworms usually begin in early summer and the webworms in the early fall.  Thanks, George

 I would also suggest you call the Texas Extension Service office (phone number should be in the local phone book) and ask them- if they are close to you they can come to your house and advise based on your sistuation.
