Dwarf Meyer Lemon Tree Disease

Question
I live in north Alabama and I bought the lemon tree back in March. It was potted and when the temperature was warm enough I sat it outside so it could get sunlight. I watered it at least twice a week and it seemed to be doing well. It's grown alot but hasn't produced fruit yet. But I have recently moved it indoors because we are having temperatures in the fifties and even a couple of times the forties at night. Since moving it indoors the leaves have yellow spots on them and are falling off. There aren't any brown spots on the leaves just varying degrees of yellow spots. It has actually begun to flower since I have brought it indoors. I hope you can tell me what is wrong and how to fix it. Thank you.

Answer
Hi Cara,  You are loosing leaves on the lemon tree because it needs too in order to product fruit and flowers, it can not do both.  Citrus can survive to freezing tempts you do not have to bring it in doors so soon.  It is the hard freezes that hurt them.  The longer you keep them indoors the better chance for them to get bugs.  If you have this problem use and insecticide or Atomic Grow which is organic to keep your indoor plants healthy.  kathy
