I just wrote to you recently about my small chinotto orange in a pot is being drown because of the heavily rain.
I drilled a hole in the planter and smelly water ran out.
the tree is still dropping leaves and the leaves still look yellowish, what should i do now to save it ?
I already stop watering the plant for a few days.

If the soil stays wet for an extended period, the roots become oxygen depleted, leading to root deterioration. A well-drained soil is desirable for most plants since they do not like "wet feet" for lenghtly periods. Cutting back on water and improving drainage is about all you can do for now. The damge may have already been done. In that case, the plant may continue to decline. Replacement may become your best option.
