plant   Hi Sir,

  May I know what happen to my encyclia cochleata? I water the plant in the morning and evening(not on the leaves) everyday. Appreciate advice. (will att one more picture for your perusal)

I do not recognize these leaf spots as being a disease.  I would suspect some form of injury that probably occurred as this leaf was forming. The injury probably happened at or just before the leaf unfolded.  The injury may have been physical in nature, rather than a pathological incident.  If these spots are confined to just a couple of leaves, you may consider removing those affected leaves followed by close observations of future leaves.  I am not sure if watering 2X per day may be more than required.  You may wish to contact your local greenhouse or garden center for watering advise.
