Hi sumayyah, Do not know if I can help or not as it seems the choice you have chosen for a tree is one of trouble.  The only thing I know of that may help is a product called Atomic Grow that brings a tree or plant into the best of health so that disease and insects find a sick tree to attack.  When a tree is healthy it is not bothered.  Atomic Grow is organic and does not go bad.  You spray in on the tree and in extreme cases you could put some on the ground and water it in to get a quicker start than a spray program.
