Question
Hi we had a freeze and even covered the few bushes of bogenvia must of froze for they are all brown and no leaves.  Should I cut them down or wait until spring? I know they are a hardy plant and will come back.  I live in AZ

At this point I'd wait because it might just be the leaves that got zapped. The stems might still be alive and could leaf out again in the spring.  Once you can see new green growth on some or all of the stems you can prune out what isn't putting out new leaves and leave those stems that are still alive.
