would the Moon Flower(giant white), Evening Promise,Corpses(early sunrise),Columbine(blue enchantment), and Cosmos(sensation white)be edible and/or good for candying?

At least one of those flowers on your list -- Moonflower -- is potentially lethal, especially if you are referring to the species Datura and not Ipomoea (which looks like a white version of the blue Morning Glory).  Seeds of the Moonflower are poisonous; plant parts are also tainted.  I have not come across dangers in the other flowers you list, but I'm inclined to say NO across the board.  So there you have it: NO.

Stick to candying violet or Pelargonium (Geranium) petals instead.  And be careful of those Killer Plants.
