QuestionHi Kenneth,
I have 2 beds that I want to plant flowers in. They are up against my house. I would like to find a flower that "fills" in like impatiens because the area is kind of large and I do not want to spend a lot on flowers. I can not plant impatiens because the beds get full afternoon sun.
Any suggestions would be great!
Thanks
AnswerGood choices for sun would be verbena, annual phlox, and marigolds. Zinnia and Salvia splendens (annual salvia) is also good for height and look great with the others. These are fairly cheap and often are readily available at garden centers in spring.
