QuestionHello,
Somebody brought me one of those souvenir saguaro cactus kits from Arizona. The kit says they sprout in 3-10 days but mine took several weeks. I have about 9 seedlings that have sprouted in a teeny little pot. How long should I leave them in there and when should I transplant them? And when I do, how should I go about it since they are so small?
Thanks,

AnswerTrish,
You won't have to worry about it for quite a while. Yours will probably grow faster than they do in the wild, but your still looking at a year at least. You then can plant them in small 2" pots in soil similar to what you planted the seeds in (cactus mix). Make sure not to over water, water only when the soil is dry now that the seeds have sprouted. Good luck!
