Hi Jon,

That's better.  This is a Mexican butterwort of some species, but not sure which one.  A wild guess would be P. x Titan based on the flower.  The genus for butterworts is Pinguicula.  Here's information on growing these:  http://www.growcarnivorousplants.com/Articles.asp?ID=263  Just at a glance it looks like it needs way more light.
