Nepenthes   Hi,
I live in British Columbia, Canada and I was wondering were I can get you DVD Grow Carnivorous Plants Volume3. I also have a Nepenthes can you tell me what type and if it's Highland or Lowland.

Your Nepenthes is and intermediate, and is known as deRoose's Alata.  The parentage is N. (alata x ventricosa)x alata.  It's one of the easiest Nepenthes to grow doing very well in most homes in a sunny window without any special treatment.  Just water it, and throw it a bug every now and then.
