Question
I have drosera capensis and drosera aliciae. I have separated drosera aliciae and put each one in different vase. So, I was wondering, should I also separate my drosera capensis as one or two is each vase? Also, I have nepenthes ventrata and it's jugs are drying, so whats the best time ti cut the jugs, in spring, summer, autumn or winter? I have nepenthes ventrata and nepenthes sanguinea. I have a garden, so should i put them in the garden where is a lot of sunlight and afternoon shade, or should i put them in the south side of the house during the entire year?

Hi Stjephan,

I always like to wait until the new shoots on plants like Cape Sundews are well developed before separating them.  If they are very tiny, like with new seedlings, they are very fragile to try and transplant.  If they do easily separate, then you can pot them up in separate pots.
