hello im growing a Drosera Capensis its very young and the tips are turning black even the new growth.i have it standing in a little distilled water in a plastic pot.i have it growing under 6500k CFL light five inches above the plant their appears to be some green algae on the surface of the medium I also repotted it three weeks prior..thank you,.

I could use a bit more information to properly help you.  When you repotted the plant what was the soil media that you used?  If you made your own what did you use?  Be sure to tell me specific brands of soil products.  What is the wattage of your CFL?  Also, a photo will really help to better access your growing area.
