D. Spatulata before  

D. Spatulata after   Hi,

I purchased a D. Spatulata from you back in June, and all has been perfect up until a week ago.  It lost all of it's dew overnight.  I keep it in a tray of water, under 4 6500k T8's.  Daytime temps are around 82F, night time temp is around 74f.  I don't spray my plants with anything, and only use distilled water.

Any thoughts?

Hi Jeff,

Has the plant been moved around, exposed to wind such as from fans, or sprayed with something by someone else?  Was any aerosols used in the room you have the plant in?  Did it get moved outside for a day?  Your plant has the appearance of having experienced some kind of disturbance.

The only thing you can do is give it time and be sure it's not being moved around, or having it's conditions changed on it rapidly.  These are fairly fast growing plants, so it will produce new leaves in a couple weeks.  Also, the color is a little pale in the newest photo, so it may need to be a little closer to the lights.
