nepenthes   Can you please identify this nepenthes for me

Based on your photo, it's definitely a hybrid.  However, identifying the actual hybrid can be tricky since specimens of the same hybrid can look vastly different from each other.  My best educated guess is that it's Nepenthes veitchii x maxima.  I'm pretty certain N. veitchii is one of the parent plants.  N. maxima is most likely the other parent, but there are other species that could possibly contribute to the looks of that plant.  Overall, it's a very nice specimen.
