QuestionI've been using baking soda to treat houseplants with powdery mildew and was wondering if I can use that on my CP also? Thanks much!
Karla
AnswerI advise against using baking soda. Carnivorous plants need an acidic environment. Baking soda is alkaline. To treat powdery mildew, use Neem or a sulfur-based fungicide. Both are safe to use on carnivorous plants. Watch our video podcast on fungicides for more information.
