There two growing   What's this that is growing and what do I do with this

I'm assuming you're referring to the growth coming up in the middle of the plants.  Those are flower stalks.  In a week or so, the buds will open up, and you'll have flowers.  There's nothing you need to do with them.  As always, care for your plants as we recommend on our main website.
