Question
Pitcher plant Pitcher plant
Why is my pitcher plant not growing I just got it 3days ago on the leaf at the tip it's dark brown
AnswerThank you for uploading the photos. That helped me out. The slight browning of the tips is nothing at all to worry about. It happens when the plant acclimates to a new environment. Sometimes when plants are moved to a new environment, the older leaves will discolor, dry up, or drop off. So that's very normal. I see brown tips too on older leaves of Nepenthes when I move plants from my greenhouse to my home. The only thing you can do is let the plant be and give it time to acclimate. Overall, your plant is healthy. The leaves are firm, shiny and brightly colored.
Good growing!
