QuestionSorry but i lost the email with the link to my old question. Im the one who reciently got my first ceohalotus and askd a couple questions. You told me to write you again and let you knowhow its doing well its been a couple weeks now and the traps are finaly opening a little bit and the whole little seedling has flushed red under the lights! Im so stoked infact that i just bought another cep! This time from california carnivoures and this time its a mature cuting! So my question this time is, do you kbow if cephs have "seed vigor" like some other plants? Or do the cutings and clones grow stronger and more robust? My yough and 1st ceph is a small seedling and my new and yet to come ceph will be a small mature cuting off of a variety of clobes from cali carn. Thanks again and hopfuly i can send som pics soon! Norman from cen cal.
Answer
Ceps/Venus Flytraps
Hello Norman, Yes, I have found that the bigger clones do grow much faster and robust! One main point is in the moving or transplanting of any of your Cephalotus, clone or not will set back your plant! The roots should never be moved once plant if can be a voided is best! Looking forward to some photos from you my friend!
