Question
nepenthes singalana pi nep singalana pic 2#
Allexperts,
I had this nepenthes Singalana outside for the summer ,and now I have the plant inside recovering. The question that I have for you, is what should I do about the stem that is falling outside of the container? I was thinking about cutting off the stem. I am open to any of your suggesting. Thank you for your time.
OTHER GROW INFO:

AnswerHi Weylin,
Keep in mind that Nepenthes are vines. What this plant is doing is pretty normal. You could get a small bamboo stake and use some string to help support it. Other than that, the plant is going to sprawl some as it gets older. This plant still seems a bit young to take cuttings from.
Good Growing!
