Question
Hi Guys,

Do you think I can grow D.regia outside in full sun.
I heard that they are sensitive to hot sun, so I am a little concerned that I my kill my only plant. :/

I live in Tinley Park IL. we have been having very hot days lately

Hi Jake,

I wouldn't do it.  The Midwest has been so hot, and D. regia likes it bright and cool.  Their growing conditions are very similar to Darlingtonia.  I find that even here in the Northwest we have issues with them outdoors if the weather gets hot.  If your plant is doing ok inside, best leave it.
