QuestionAllexpert,
I got a Drosera aliciae back December from you guys. I was wondering if this plant can go outside? Would the temperature fluctuations hurt the plant in any way? If you need any more information ,please let me know.
Sincerely,
Weylin
AnswerHi Weylin,
It can. Try to protect the sides of the pot from direct sun. Drosera aliciae is a South African sundew, and like most of them they like conditions cool. They are used to fluctuations in nature, but dislike hot weather, so use your judgment depending on how warm your weather is. Top water the pot at night with cool water to give it some help if it's outside.
Good Growing!
