Questioni have some byblis seeds and i lost the name tag. can you tell me the difference between liniflora seeds and gigantea seeds?
AnswerHi Shane,
Good timing, since before about 2 weeks ago I had not ever had any Byblis gigantea seeds, and I just got some.
B. liniflora seeds are very tiny and very round. They actually roll quite nicely. B. gigantea seeds are larger (relatively speaking; they're still quite small), and have a marked rough texture. Use a hand-lens to look at them, but the gigantea seeds will be noticeably larger. Overall it's a much larger plant. B. gigantea seeds are somewhat similar to Drosophyllum.
Good Growing!
