transplanting drosera adelae

Question
The drosera adelae I grew back from the roots as you instructed me are doing fine. THe only problem is that most of them are clustered together around the edge of the pot. Can you transplant them without hurting them, or is it too soon?

Answer
You won't hurt them per se.  It'll only set it back a bit.  What you'll see is that it'll slow down and stop producing dew for a while.  Within a couple weeks it'll perk up again.  So if you want to repot now for aesthetic reasons you can do so.  However, if you choose to keep your plant as is, the entire pot will fill up again within the next 6 months, depending on the size of your pot, of course.

If you choose to repot, follow the instructions in our video podcast:

Good growing!
