QuestionHello, on a recent post I read that you recommended the Bayer Advanced Disease Control for a systemic Insecticide. On the label it says its for leaf diseases and never mentions anything about killing insects. http://www.bayeradvanced.com/rose-flower-care/products/disease-control-for-roses...
Should I buy this bayer advanced product that says it's for insects http://www.bayeradvanced.com/rose-flower-care/products/dual-action-rose-flower-i...
or should I buy the Disease Control Insecticide?
Also when are you guys going to sell Sarracenia Rosea? I saw it in the spring and now it's not on the sales listing.
AnswerHi Bob,
Bayer makes a number of these products, and they look a bit similar. If you are trying to kill insects go for a product that has an insecticide in it. The key insecticide in them is imidacloprid. Look for that on the ingredient list. If you're not having any fungal issues, try to find one of their products that has only the insecticide. Here's one that has just the insecticide: http://www.bayeradvanced.com/rose-flower-care/products/dual-action-rose-flower-i... (I think this is the same one you mentioned.)
