Question
flowering
hi i am back again, last time i got ask about what species is my nepenthes right?you say is nepenthes miranda, and it is flowering now what should i do?some leaf are dying and no more pitcher anymore. how?
AnswerHi Eric,
Old leaves dying are a normal part of the plant growing. Since most Nepenthes are vines they develop long brown, woody stems over time. It is also very normal for pitcher production to slow down while a plant is blooming. If you suspect a bigger problem, I need more information on how you are growing your plant, and a picture of the whole plant the way it currently looks.
Good Growing!
