Is the seed pod that the Cape Sundew producing a seed pod? I have attached power point side that has an arrow pointing toward what I am talking about. If this a seed stack how can I go about getting the seeds to produce new Cape Sundews?

I don't see any photographs attached with your question, but from what you've described, it certainly could be a seed pod. The pods occur about 2-3 weeks after the flower blooms. They'll develop from the bottom up, so the lower pods will mature first. When the pods turn black, they're ready for harvest.
To collect your seeds, wait until all the pods are ripe (black). When they are, cut the stalk near the base and turn the stalk upside over a sheet of white paper. The seeds are very tiny, so you'll see them better on white paper. After collecting your seeds, follow the germination instructions located on our main website:
