Good News! The Bayer formula is working as expected. Those nasty pests shouldn't be a bother as they were in spring. The first normal leaf of my red dragon is great, and my S. flava and leucophylla are producing non-wavy, straight, normal leaves. Should I just continue with the manufacturers instructions? I just wanted to thank you for the advice, and all of the other questions I have asked before. My CP's are on the road to recovery!

Glad to see that your plants are doing better! Since the product is systemic, you'll should use it judiciously. At our nursery, we use it once or twice a year on the same batch of plants. It's very rare that a batch of plants will need a third application in a 12-month period. If you see new growth developing the tell-tale signs of aphid damage, definitely spray again according to the manufacturer's instruction.
