Question
like so many other people I baught the carnivorous creations from dune craft I read that the plants are hard to grow from seed. I live on long island so I didnt need the terarium I put them outside in my green house where my other carnivorous plants grow. I am asking will I need to bring it inside for the winter I just plantid them 2 weeks ago and they havent came up yet but by winter they shood will the be old enouph for dormancy? also my venus fly trap still hasint flowered yet is this normal the get all the condishions listid in your care sheets.

Hi Kyle,

You didn't state if your greenhouse is heated or not.  If it's heated, you can keep your seedlings in there.  If not, you have the option of either keeping them in the greenhouse or bringing them in your home under grow lights.  The seedlings should be fine in the greenhouse for the winter.  So it's really a judgment call on your part, depending on your space and equipment.

If your flytrap hasn't flowered yet, you may need to wait until next season.  They might not flower for a variety of reasons, but if you recently got it, just wait until next season.
