Question I have been wondering if I should get a australian pitcher plant. I would grow it outside, unless its not possible. I have had success growing sarracenia, nepenthes, and flytraps.
Should I get one of these plants. I live in Portland, Oregon.
AnswerHi Robert,
First read the general care for Cephalotus:

For our area, grow the plant indoors. I have one in my west windowsill, and it's growing beautifully. In winter, the window gets cool and light levels drop. This is enough to provide a short winter dormancy for this plant.
Good growing!
