Can I grow Cephalotus all year long and my Intermediat nepenthes in keywest the temperatures ther never drop below 50 its zone 11.

Hi Jesus,

Both of those should grow very well in your climate.  The Nepenthes will make beautiful outdoor plants that you can hang on a partially shaded patio.  Cephalotus will need to be kept in a slightly cooler location, but should do fine.
