Question Hey guys, Just a quick question on fungicides. What do you recommend for use, you suggested I treat my intermedia seeds before I put them in the fridge. I purchased bonides 90 percent sulfur fungicide. Its a powder and says it can be desolved in water for spray. at 1 teaspoon per gal of water for things such as fruit trees(apples and the like) what rate would you recommend. or should I sprinkle the powder directly on the surface of the peat. Any suggestions on how to do this, the powder is so fine I find it quite hard to sprinkle without over doing it . thanks so much, it was good to hear your out of the dark, and back up and running . I got my order Thur or Fri last week, it looks great as usual.
Where can I email you guys without using up the question space here. I would like to send thanks on occasion for other great services you have provided. Love the calendar also.

AnswerHi Jimmy,
Glad you liked the calendar, and thank-you for the compliment. It's good to be getting back to normal also. We've had record setting cold, a foot and a half of snow, wind, three power outages in two weeks, and now floods. This has definitely been a wild winter for us.
You can use the powdered sulfur. When I've used that type I will just pick up some between my fingers and sprinkle it over the seeds. Another option is to sprinkle some with the seeds in a little glass bowl or similar container and swish them around until it coats the seeds. Then sprinkle the seeds over the surface of the peat. You can also mix the sulfur according to directions and spray it. Be sure to shake it very well and often as a spray.
Good Growing!
