Hi! I was just wondering is a Venus fly trap a fungus or a plant?

I must say that this is the easiest question I have ever had. Plants are noted as utilizing photosynthesis to acquire energy from sunlight. Funguses do not photosynthesize. Venus Flytraps are green plants that acquire their energy through photosynthesis.
