QuestionHi,
I'm propagating some tropical sundews from leaf cuttings. Could you tell me, what watering method I should use in the first several weeks of propagation. Should I use the watering tray method or is it even necessary?
Thanks for your help.
JJ
AnswerHi JJ,
You can either use the tray method, or a full enclosure that won't require much water. Just keep the soil moist; it won't matter too much how you do it. Just be sure to spray them with a fungicide, and make sure your containers are very clean. It helps to rinse the pots and covers in a mild bleach solution.
Good Growing!
