Question
I am growing Nepethes Miranda and your Alta hybrid and wanted to confirm exactly how long I should have my grow lights on. I believe its 14hrs but I keep getting different numbers. For now, the plants are in a terrarium so I could get them on their feet, eventually they will be moved to a window where I will get filtered sunlight supplemented with a grow light.
 The plants are in the mediums that you guys provide and I am growing them in NY State, Mid Hudson Valley. Let me know what your thoughts are. Thanks so much

Hi Joel,

A 14 hour day is fine.  Basically you're wanting to simulate a typical day for the photoperiod.  12-14 hours is probably the length of day in their native habitats.
