Thank you all so much, have learned so much by reading different questions on your site. I wanted to know what type of pot to use plastic or ceramic, I live on the coast in NC. Thank you again.

Hi Rebecca,

Use plastic pots to repot your flytraps.  Terracotta is too porous and will increase moisture loss, which means you'll need to constantly watch the water trays during the summer months.  The plastic pots retain soil moisture much better.
